In May 2023 to much fanfare [1] Kubient, Inc. (once NasdaqCM: KBNT, KBNTW) and Adomni Inc. entered into a definitive merger agreement where Adomni would merge with and become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kubient but it actually didn’t take that long for the deal to fall apart.
