OA Collective, Australia’s fastest growing out-of-home advertising business is adding over 34 premium large-format digital billboard assets to its portfolio across the first half of 2025. These high-quality assets span across all five capital cities as well as Tasmania, solidifying OA Collective’s reputation for delivering impactful outdoor advertising solutions.
To support this significant growth, OA Collective has now appointed a senior sales leadership team to ensure the servicing of advertising partners and agencies across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, while also laying strong foundations to manage and lead its expanding sales team in the months ahead.
As part of this strategy, OA Collective has promoted Patrick Healey to the newly created role of Agency Sales Director for Northern States (NSW & QLD), based in Sydney. With over 10 years of experience as a sales leader in the media and advertising industry—through roles at The Media Shop, QMS, and Adshel, Patrick brings expertise and a focus on delivering market-leading campaigns with simplicity and agility, making him the ideal team leader.
Further strengthening its leadership, Jack Rudich has been promoted to Group Sales Manager for Melbourne, establishing him as OA’s most senior sales representative in the region.
Lavinia O’Connell also joins the team as Group Sales Manager in Sydney. Lavinia brings extensive outdoor advertising experience, having worked in both the United Kingdom and Australia for companies such as blowUP Media, QMS, and Shopper Media Group, prior to its multi-million-dollar sale to Woolworths.
Grant Kirkby, Founder of OA Collective tolld us “We are thrilled to be expanding our network with market-leading assets and strengthening our leadership team. These new appointments are making way for our team to grow significantly over the course of 2025. We have successfully created a high-quality network of large & small format assets for advertisers to utilise, while importantly supporting home-grown Australian-owned businesses. Our model empowers independent OOH owners, simplifies campaign execution for advertisers, and ensures advertising investment remains within the local economy”.
OA Collective has developed a network designed to deliver impactful advertising solutions. Its small-format partnership with Habitat’s residential networks brings OOH advertising closer to consumers’ homes, while its network of high-quality large-format assets, strategically placed along major arterials and motorways, and with many of their new assets opening up previously inaccessible areas. Together, these formats grant brands access to a comprehensive ecosystem of consumer journeys, underscoring OA Collective’s commitment providing partners with holistic, premium Out-of-Home advertising solutions.
