VENDO Media Acquires 50% 902 Sign Group Ltd.

VENDO Media has announced an acquisition of a 50% partnership interest in 902 Sign Group Ltd. based in Nova Scotia, Canada.

902 Signs owns and operates four digital billboards offering strong market coverage in the Sydney, North Sydney, Sydney River + Glace Bay region.

With the completion of this partnership acquisition, VENDO owns and operates seventy-five digital billboards across Canada within the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, and Nova Scotia. The company continues to enhance its DOOH footprint through strategic developments.

This partnership transaction was effective as of April 30, 2025.
