This Thursday July 17 sees the DPAA’s next Women’s Empowerment Leadership webinar at 11 am ET.
‘Leading Difficult Discussions with Clarity, Empathy, and Impact’ will feature Jill Kelly, CEO of Assembly, Mary Ventresca, VP of Marketing & Communications at Pattison, and Kate Burwell, Director at AdQuick.
The session will, as usual, be facilitated by Jenn Willey, Founder of Wet Cement and the DPAA’s Subject Matter Expert.

Additionally, research from Gallup and Gartner shows that over 50% of employees believe their managers don’t know how to lead effective conversations that build trust and drive performance. This workshop will give both leaders and individual contributors the tools to lead high-stakes conversations with confidence, compassion, and clarity. Participants will learn how to plan and guide difficult discussions, manage reactions, practice strategies, see how generative AI can help, and leave with actionable scripts, tools, and mindset to apply immediately.
