Stewart’s Shops Gets Vengo via @Daktronics

Stewart’s Shops Retail Media Network is now programmatically accessible as Vengo partnered with Daktronics to enable Venus Control Suite software to work with Vengo’s programmatic platform.

“Anyone who has lived in Stewart’s territory knows that this is a cult-like brand with fans wearing Stewart’s merchandise,” said Brian Shimmerlik, CEO at Vengo. “Vengo is proud to introduce this network to programmatic buyers who can now reach into local communities at scale across the northeast.”

Now with just a few clicks, Venus Control Suite clients can turn on Vengo’s AdServing and programmatic sales team to drive profit to their networks.

Stewart’s Shops, an iconic chain of convenience stores in New York and Vermont, is a key Daktronics client leveraging the new partnership. These large, modern shops with gas stations are known for great ice cream and coffee and have been a cornerstone of these local communities.

As Stewart’s Shops Retail Media Network continued to scale, they selected Vengo to drive programmatic revenue. These 369 large-format 50” screens are center-store and deeply incorporated into the shopping experience. The large overhead screens are in the beverage area, above the check-out counter, or at key traffic intersections, providing advertisers with highly visible messaging throughout the store to reach shoppers and influence purchase decisions.

Greg Breyfogle, national account sales manager at Daktronics said “We see this collaboration as a valuable way for convenience stores to maximize their investment in digital signage. Beyond influencing customer decisions and encouraging impulse purchases, stores can achieve a quicker return on investment by earning programmatic media dollars.”

Vengo’s proprietary Ad Server is the exclusive programmatic provider to over 65,000 DOOH Screens, including screens in over 20,000 Grocery stores, 10,000 C-Stores and 20,000 Bars.
