QSIC [1], the global in-store audio platform that uses AI audio and data intelligence to help retailers and brands unlock the value of the in-store experience, is partnering with Support Act [2] for this year’s AusMusic T-Shirt Day on Nov. 27.

To mark the occasion, QSIC will run a campaign across its in-store audio network to raise awareness for Support Act, the music industry’s charity providing crisis relief, mental health support and other wellbeing services for Australian music workers.
AusMusic T-Shirt Day is an annual celebration of Australian music and the legends behind it. The 2025 campaign theme, Show Up for AusMusic, invites the public to wear their favourite band tee, make a donation and help Support Act continue its vital work to support artists, crew and music workers in need. QSIC will run an awareness campaign across more than 1,600 participating locations, reaching millions of Australians.
Nikki Wishart, Music Curator at QSIC, told us “Music is a vital part of what we do — it shapes how people feel, connect and experience the world around them. It defines a brand’s identity and sets the tone for every interaction in-store. We’re proud to use our platform to give back to the music community that inspires our work. By raising awareness for Support Act’s mission, we hope to shine a light on the incredible people behind the music we love.”
QSIC powers the audio for grocery, convenience, QSR, hospitality, fashion and specialty retail locations across the globe. The company employs a team of content and curation experts that tailor audio experiences designed to bring each brand to life, enhance customer engagement and elevate in-store experiences.
Rachel Campbell, Campaign Director at Support Act said “Music sits at the heartbeat of our cultural identity. AusMusic T-Shirt Day celebrates the artists, crew and music workers who make that heartbeat possible — many of whom don’t have the safety net other vocations enjoy. It’s our key fundraising moment, helping Support Act continue its vital work providing crisis relief, mental health support and wellbeing programs across Australia. We’re grateful to partners like QSIC for helping us show up for the community behind Australian music.”
AusMusic T-Shirt Day will take place on Thursday, 27 November. For more information about AusMusic T-Shirt Day or Support Act click here [3].
