Seth Soltow has joined Gemini, a leading manufacturer of dimensional letters, logos, and architectural signage components as Chief Operating Officer.
This strategic addition to Gemini’s executive leadership team marks an exciting step forward in the company’s mission to serve and strengthen the signage industry through operational excellence, reliability, and industry partnership.
Seth brings over two decades of global leadership experience in manufacturing operations, organizational growth, and strategic execution. He has successfully led multiple organizations through transformation and profitable expansion in both public and private sectors, including executive roles at Pentair, Pleatco Filtration, Parker Hannifin, and others.
Most recently, Seth served as General Manager for Pentair’s Pumps & Filters division. Prior to that, as President and COO of Pleatco Filtration, he spearheaded a multi-acquisition growth strategy, integrated complex operations, and introduced new technology capabilities.
As COO at Gemini, Seth will lead operational strategy and execution across all manufacturing sites and business units. His leadership will play a critical role in maintaining Gemini’s reputation for delivering dependable, high-quality products, and commitment to our customers, which have been the foundation of the company’s longstanding relationship with the signage industry.

Based in the Dallas Metro area, Seth will spend significant time across Gemini’s plant locations, engaging directly with teams and operations to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Seth holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Tulsa, where he played soccer. He has also completed advanced executive education at the Carlson School of Management. When he isn’t working, he likes to spend time outdoors with his wife, Shannon, and two kids, Katelyn and Erik.
