Next-Gen Media, a leading youth-focused Digital Out of Home company, has joined TikTok’s global Out of Phone programme, bringing the creativity, culture, and community of TikTok beyond the mobile screen and further into the physical world in even more ways.

Jade Walton, Director of Business Development, New Screens, EMEA, TikTok, told us “The Next-Gen Media partnership allows us to bring engaging TikTok content to our community off platform and in the real world. We are excited to onboard Next-Gen Media to our Out of Phone programme, and look forward to building meaningful partnerships together with their clients.”

TikTok’s Out of Phone programme allows partners and brands to use its content beyond the four corners of the phone screen to reach new audiences via OOH partnerships.

According to Next-Gen Media Co-Founder and CEO, Guy Thurlow “OOH bridges the divide between digital and physical for Gen Z and delivers the second highest reach after social media for young audiences*. Joining Tik Tok’s Out of Phone programme enables us to bring the most relevant and entertaining content to our audience via our full-motion network and bring new commercial engagement opportunities to our advertiser and agency partners.”

Next-Gen Media’s national network of full-motion screens and creative spaces is positioned in high-footfall, high dwell-time youth environments across universities and colleges. This includes entrances, reception areas, canteens, social spaces, lift lobbies and gyms and connects with 18–24s across the UK, a core TikTok Out of Phone audience.
