KEVANI has unveiled The Landmark 105, a large-format, synchronized, double-sided digital display strategically positioned along Interstate 105, one of Southern California’s most traveled freeways connecting Los Angeles International Airport, Downtown Los Angeles, and Orange County.
Spanning 4,000 square feet, The Landmark 105 will be the largest digital media display along I-105. Its dual-sided design creates dynamic storytelling opportunities for both eastbound and westbound travelers, operating continuously to engage audiences throughout the day and night. The site commands 32 million monthly impressions, reaching travelers, visitors, and sports and entertainment enthusiasts using the I-105 corridor – the primary gateway to LAX, SoFi Stadium, and Intuit Dome.
The upgraded structure will feature state-of-the-art LED technology and a striking new architectural identity. Scheduled for completion in early 2026, the installation will redefine the visual landscape of the I-105 corridor and exemplify KEVANI’s commitment to innovation and design excellence.
“The Landmark 105 reflects our mission to pair innovation with cultural relevance,” said Kevin Bartanian, Founder and CEO of KEVANI. “This site is more than a display—it’s a statement. By introducing one of the market’s most impactful digital canvases, we’re elevating how brands communicate across Los Angeles.”
The Landmark 105 joins KEVANI’s expanding portfolio of signature media destinations, including Squareview [1], DTLA Pairing, Wilshire Gateway, Nexus, Bricklights, and Melrose Lights—a network of architecturally distinctive, high-visibility platforms serving both national and local brands.
