SeeSaw Raises $1 Million For Digital Advertising

SeeSaw Networks, provider of digital advertising services, has brought in $1 million in promissory notes, according to a filing with the SEC.

Based in San Francisco, it has been backed by Sutter Hill Ventures which has invested at least twice before in SeeSaw, including in June/08 with over $3 million.

SeeSaw has aggregated 36 digital signage networks across 25 different categories of locations into a comprehensive national network with 22,000 venues nationally and growing. It reaches more than 100 million people in weekly foot traffic and delivers an audience of over 35 million weekly gross impressions.

SeeSaw operates SeeSawAds.com, a media service that enables agencies to easily plan, buy and measure digital signage.
