There seems to be a lot of consternation amongst (irate) private shareholders in both VMG and ASG as to the alleged shenanigans of all parties involved in the various going-into-administration of both companies; more so the latter at the moment it seems with Gary Truman, ex-CFO of ASG Media making some very weird changes of company name (in a company that he owned) in the weeks leading up to the eventual administration of ASG Media.

Which changed its name to VMG-ASG Ltd on the 13/10/2009 by a certain Gary Truman.
(ADL MEDIA LIMITED has previously been known as Avanti DIgital Ltd and Connect Television Ltd)
Why on earth would Gary change the name of a company he owned to something like that?

It seems also that a certain GARY KENNETH DAVID TRUMAN was appointed a director of the following company on 02/11/2009 (yes that would be the day that ASG Media went into administration)…

They simply do not get it! Some of us still have morals and business ethics and just because the stupid law in this country permits this sort of behaviour it does not make it right. Please go and do something else for a living and leave us alone with your seedy, shoddy, tin-pot, dishonest companies, you bunch of arrogant S@£ts!
