Blair Parkin is one of the most respected AV consultants in the industry. He also writes his own blog over on the AV Magazine site.
Blair told us “I answer to many names but my preferred one is Blair Parkin. I have been knocking around the world of professional audio visual and related technologies for quite a bit with several years of service with AV dealers, a small Scandinavian control systems company, a large Belgian projector company and leading a systems integrator”
He added “These days I am running a small international technology consultancy based in Brighton, UK, www.visual-acuity.com … most people say I became a consultant because I could not get a real job”
