CBS Outdoor’s Crosstrack Projection made the UK’s BBC News at 10 last night – apparently the ‘Green Lobby’ are wanting to complain about the carbon footprint.
We guess it was only time before someone raised this question but surely if we are talking about non-bright screens (that can soak up enough electricity to power a small school) then the carbon footprint of a projected image must be better than white van man [1], petrol / diesel and posters and glue!
We await CBS Outdoor’s official response – still all publicity is good publicity isn’t it?
