The screens at this year’s #Kioskcom will be controlled and managed from Booth #222 using the DC Media Digital Signage Network Manager [1] we are told.
[2]Trefor Brock, Vice President Operations at MediaSignt Incorporated told us “Following a very successful installation at the last show in New York, DC Media software will once again be providing the internal digital signage network at Kioskcom and The Digital Signage show in Las Vegas next week”.
The screens are being supplied by Samsung, the internal network is provided by Walsh Wireless and the media players will be Aopen Digital Engines.
The internal screen network is of course used to display registration information, event schedules, award nominations, weather information and (our favourite for some reason) twitter feeds!
Also being displayed this year we believe are things like lunch menus and just before the show ends the screens will display outgoing flight information.
