#ScreenMediaExpo – Where’s The 3D Content?

Chris Sheldrake

Stereografix will be demonstrating at #ScreenMediaExpo today and tomorrow a range of 3D technology on stand J21. Claiming to be “one of the worlds <sic> first integrated 3D content, software and hardware consultancies” the company is the brainchild of Saif Chaudhry.

Saif has launched Stereografix following a two year stint as CGI senior designer on a high-ticket 3D simulator project for the UK Ministry of Defence (prior to this Saif was involved in 3D animation for the advertising sector).

Stereografix offers two services: –

  • Stereografix Design Studio. The design studio provides visualisation and animation with the option to include video, stills and CGI in the finished product.
  • Stereografix Hardware Consultancy. The hardware consultancy offers impartial advice on the many 3D platforms currently available and will hire or sell the necessary equipment.

Stereografix has already attracted interest from the commercial, advertising and education sectors and already a channel partner deal with leading Lenticular technology providers has generated interest from exhibition contractors and point of sale specialists – that’s I guess because it allows for ‘No Glasses’ 3D imaging onto flat screens, Ed
