Twist Image Opens Toronto Office

Twist Image , Montreal-based, award-winning digital marketing agency headed by Mitch Joel, president, has opened a Toronto office headed by Leigh Himel. former vice-president of strategy and innovation at Blast Radius.
Himel was earlier vice-president client services at Maclaren McCann Interactive, and has also dabbled in new media entrepreneurship.
Also on staff is Virginia Magaletta as Toronto creative director. Magaletta was earlier a senior interactive designer at TAXI and also held senior creative roles at Fjord Marketing, Euro RSCG 4D and Ogilvy Interactive. Other staffers are being added.
Joel himself was named one of the most influential authorities on Blog Marketing in the world in 2006. Considered a marketing and communications visionary, interactive expert, community leader, Blogger and Podcaster, Joel connects with people worldwide by sharing his marketing insights on digital marketing and personal branding. He’s a well-known speaker, appearing before such groups as The Power Within, Google, Shop.org, Visa, Microsoft and some of the top North American retailers. He is presently writing his first book, Six Pixels of Separation.

Thanks for the very kind post about our new office. I should also let your readers know the Twist Image is not “headed” by me alone. We are four equal partners (Mark Goodman – CEO, Mickael Kanfi – ECD and Aubrey Rosenhek – Managing Director and my title is President).
