Extreme Reach [1], Needham, Mass.-based provider of digital video advertising distribution services, has closed a $9 million second round of financing, led by Village Ventures [2].
Previous backers Greycroft Partners [3] and Long River Ventures [4] also participated in the round, which was comprised of $7 million in equity and $2 million in term debt.
ExtremeReach, founded in 2008, has established a digital network of 12,500 media properties, including 4,500 TV stations, for the delivery of standard and HD TV advertising.
