DPAA To Launch Planning Tool

There were rumours at #InfoComm2010 that The Doberman Pincher Alliance of America was set to launch later this year its own online planning tool for the digital out of home (sorry we mean the digital placed based advertising something or other) industry.

As SeeSaw Networks were the only members with an aggregation / online planning tool who (we had heard) were HAPPY about this we figured that maybe it was they (SeeSaw Networks) who had won the contract to supply / white label such an online planning tool?

“Definitely not so” a source close to SeeSaw tells us, which leads us to wonder exactly who will power such a planning tool and what various competitors, and not least the media buyers who have their own in-house tools, will think of it?
