PRN – Yours For USD 10 Million

PRN could now be yours for as little as USD 10 million we believe. A few weeks ago Garry McGuire we are told went to France to see PRN parent Thomson to try and hammer out a final deal.
However as we have surmised (in earlier posts), without real dollars on the table the Frenchies told him to go home. Thomson surely need cash, not stock in a company set to IPO in the next year or so.

That would be a real coup Garrrrry buying a profitable company with a sight more revenue than his for $10MM. But if he did what could he expect for his own valuation on the market? Everyone who cares about monetization of investments in this space should be scared.
