Adspace Digital Mall Network, New York, is supporting America’s fight against breast cancer by featuring “pink” products and services in support of the cause on its network during October, designated as National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Featuring products and retailers that support breast cancer awareness on Today’s Top Ten editorial programming, Today’s Top Ten is a weekly editorial update that features in-store promotions, new product launches and the best sale items in the mall.
Retailers across the U.S. have done their part to create the ‘pink products’ that are appearing on Adspace’s mall network. These products are customized merchandise of which a portion of their proceeds support breast cancer. Pink products featured on the network include items from a variety of well known retailers such as: Ann Taylor, Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, H&M, Sephora, Chico’s and Wilson’s Leather Outlet.
The pink products’ editorial content is being featured on Adspace’s network of 1,419 in-mall digital, 8’ tall billboards fitted with 65” vertical plasma screens. The items supporting National Breast Cancer Awareness Month are presented on a customized pink backdrop decorated with the signature pink ribbons associated with supporting those diagnosed with the disease as well as those dedicated to finding a cure.
“The retail industry is committed to the cause of breast cancer awareness and very active in the fight for a cure,” says Warren Christopher, Adspace’s editorial director for the Digital Mall Networks. “With the array of new ‘pink’ products entering the marketplace for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we wanted to do our part to contribute by promoting these products on the network. Shoppers also love purchasing items and services that give back. By incorporating them into our Today’s Top Ten loop, customers can quickly see who is participating and where they can make a purchase.”
