These displays were spotted at a petrol station on the motorway from Bordeaux to Paris…
The small screen on top of the stack of DVDs for sale, was frankly quite useless. No sound. No subtitles or text – just moving images on a very small screen.
It was strategically located near the tall tables where tired drivers can get a cup of coffee from the automatic coffee machine. Still nobody paid any attention to it.

Classic. A 4×3 screen to show 16×9 trailers. And it’s not pointing towards the tables…
