AMI’s New Prize Farm Pays Real Cash

Bristol, Pennsylvania-based AMI Entertainment Network Inc. is launching the Prize Farm, a new touch-screen game console in bars and restaurants around the country that actually pays cash to winners of skilled games.

The new Prize Farm machine is AMI’s first-ever skills-based coin-op game console that pays winners in cash. The new console, sold B-to-B to distributors and coin-operators, will be a complement to AMI’s casual games for its popular Megatouch broadband-connected jukeboxes.

Mike Maas, AMI’s CEO and a former IBM and Microsoft executive, who has digitized AMI’s casual games and consoles as well as Megatouch, also digitized the new Prize Farm machines.

AMI Entertainment Network will show off the Prize Farm at Booth #1603 in the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions Expo in Orlando, Florida, beginning November 16. Visitors will be able to test their touchscreen skills on AMI’s new Prize Farm machine forfree and win instant up to $50 cash.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to play the newest games from the Megatouch 2011 software. The latest release features nine new games, including Little Shop Road Trip, the sequel to 2010’s smash hit Little Shop of Treasures.
