Looks like most, if not all, companies on the Minkus suit will in the next day or so sign a common interest information sharing agreement.
There is nothing necessarily binding nor does this have anything to do with a group settlement BUT still, it’s a surprising show of ability to get multiple companies to actually talk to each other!
