Following an interesting interview to Luca Bertolani, CEO of ICMoving Channel who manage many Airport Digital Signage networks here in Italy, we discovered that SkyTG24 (the news operated from Sky Broadcast in Italy) has created a dedicated news content for the usage on Digital Signage environment following the specific needs of passengers and travellers.
Mr. Bertolani says that this is the first time that Sky has created specific content for a non domestic market. This is a very positive result for the ICMoving Channel who manage 6 airports in Italy with more than 150 strategically positioned screens. The Digital Signage transit market was one of the most successful in the 2010 according to a recent Nielsen Italy media report.
