Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings Inc. has appointed Sara Lee Keller as executive vice-president and general counsel, with the mandate to act as advisor to Clear Channel Outdoor on all legal matters, managing the internal legal department as well as overseeing outside counsel.

Keller was previously senior vice-president, general counsel and secretary for The Trustmark Companies in Chicago, an $800 million mutual insurance company with business units engaged in insurance and third party administration and fitness and health management service. Prior to that, she was a partner in the corporate practice with Freeborn and Peters; associate general counsel for a General Electric Commercial Finance subsidiary, Express Financial Solutions; and deputy general counsel for DVI Financial Solutions. Keller spent the first 13-years of her career in private practice with Wolf Block Solis-Cohen, culminating as a partner in the corporate, financial services and healthcare practices.
