You may see why this is important a little later this week but reported yesterday in a number of US publications was the news that “A court receiver was appointed late last week to oversee various “entities” of Tom Petters, the jailed Twin Cities businessman who has been the subject of a whirlwind federal fraud investigation”
The Star Tribune [1] was quoted as saying “It was not immediately clear how many Petters’ companies or which interests would be under Procida’s control”
William Procida, Inc., a New Jersey management consulting firm are the named receivers.
