Exclusive: Coolsign Wins Titan CTA Business

Planar’s Coolsign business division may be up for sale but that hasn’t stopped them winning some of Titan Worldwide’s business.

We believe that in conjunction with its upcoming digital network rollouts, Titan has selected CoolSign software to drive the company’s network currently being built at Chicago Transit Authority rail stations.

This particular network will comprise about 7 screens at each of the CTA’s 144 rail stations, so it’s NOT an insignificant win.

A couple of dozen software offerings were evaluated by Titan during the selection process.

It also doesn’t hurt that the head of Titan’s digital initiative is the co-inventor of the Coolsign software.
