Bilia, the largest car chain in the Nordic countries, has adopted Sweden’s ZetaDisplay digital signage for its showrooms. The companies have now entered a million Swedish crowns (1SEK=0.11EUR=0.10GBP) Nordic co-operative agreement.

Bilia has about 100 outlets in Sweden, Norway and Denmark. The vision of Bilia is to be the best service company in the business, and aims to have the most satisfied car saleroom, shop and workshop customers, so that they will always regard their contacts with Bilia as being positive.

Leif Liljebrunn, CEO ZetaDisplay says, “It is decisive to find the right customer benefits that suit each individual customer. Using the experience gained from large customer installations and research, we can make this possible. At Bilia we have measured increases in attention and sales in a number of zones. The test results were excellent and have now resulted in a Nordic agreement, making us very pleased. We see this order as confirmation that our pan-Nordic efforts, whereby we supply our clients from our own local offices all over the Nordic countries, are really effective.”
