		<description>Adrian if you only want an audience 3 metres out your articel is correct.  However we measure 10, 20, 40 even 100 metres out using eyebotz ( automated estimation of gaze + to real eyetracking studies).  Audience measurement at 4 metres may as well be TV or internet.  OOH has OTS is significantly further away.

Trumedia Quividi and Wututu are near impact technologies and may be free.  Next generation techs are coming soon.
