Customer Engagement Technology World [1] , opening today in San Francisco, got off with a great start, preceded by the Digital Screenmedia Association [2] cruise last night under the Golden Gate Bridge and around famed Alcatraz while 208 attendees sipped, supped and (a few) danced.
