[1]The booth run by the one-year-old Wifarer Inc. [2] located in Victoria, B.C. (Canada) got a lot of attention at Customer Engagement Technology World [3] recently for its in-venue personal navigation system.
“We see it as the browser of physical space,” said Philip Stanger, CEO, seen here. “We’re currently installing it at Boston Logan International Airport [4] and expect to have it in nine other airports this year.”
Wifarer’s navigation system will also be installed in the Royal British Columbia Museum [5] this summer, and Stanger expects it to be of major interest for shopping centres as well.
