Europe’s First Network

Adrian J Cotterill, Editor-in-Chief

Big, big news that should send shock waves around the (now) smaller screen networks that don’t scale quickly enough…

Neo Advertising has just acquired POSTV in the Netherlands.

I know both companies well and this is a very good fit I think. They both have some focus on retail, they both use Broadsign, and the geographies they covered each complement each other and now fit incredibly nicely.

This I think I can safely say is the first true European network – covering as it does Switzerland, Austria, Germany and BeNeLux. Neo Advertising also have a strong presence in Canada as well of course.

I am really excited about this deal and will undoubtedly write some more about as the terms of the deal (which were not disclosed) become clear.
