Here’s an interesting project that will begin in 16 motorway service areas in Catalonia shortly. The Champions League and the Spanish League will be broadcast in the service areas developed and managed by Neo Advertising.
Neo Advertising are also responsible for the marketing of advertising content. Roi Iglesias, CEO Neo Advertising in Spain told us “service areas are an ideal place to deliver this content and combine it with digital signage. The project has audience measurement systems, so we can offer advertisers the data they crave”
Areas and Gol Television (pay-per-view terrestrial TV company in Spain) reached the initial agreement that allows this broadcast.
Each service area broadcast will be managed through a dual digital display system (consisting of 46″ LCDs) – in one will be broadcast the football games and various content of interest and in the other will be the digital advertisings.
Monthly traffic is expected to be around 1.2 million people.
