At first we thought “woohoo” as it appeared that Radiant Systems had finally acknowledged the fact that they had acquired Texas Digital (as we told you last week and again in more detail yesterday and today) but then we read the official press release and bottom line it says absolutely nothing of any import apart from the basics…

  • ATLANTA, Aug 09, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) — Radiant Systems, Inc. announced today that it has acquired Texas Digital Systems, Inc., a leader in order confirmation displays and digital signage solutions.
  • With more than 22,000 installations in 40 countries, Texas Digital develops order confirmation displays and digital signage solutions that can be implemented in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments, including restaurants, entertainment, arenas and stadiums and theme parks.
