Just months after being in court having his last company, High Definition Solutions Ltd [1] (HDS) wound up we see that Mr Andrew Prodromou is back with another new AV company. This one is called Ellafos UK [2].
HDS we are told left debts of almost a quarter of a million pounds. Those debts of course are not ‘harmless’ – they are NOT part of doing business and being an entrepreneur – small businesses were left being owed money, ex-employees were left being owed money. Going into debt, having a company wound up is NOT a victimless crime as some believe.
Maurizio Caruso [3] seemingly left HDS well before the business went into liquidation (he was however involved in both previous BITS businesses).
