Just months after being in court having his last company, High Definition Solutions Ltd (HDS) wound up we see that Mr Andrew Prodromou is back with another new AV company. This one is called Ellafos UK.
HDS we are told left debts of almost a quarter of a million pounds. Those debts of course are not ‘harmless’ – they are NOT part of doing business and being an entrepreneur – small businesses were left being owed money, ex-employees were left being owed money. Going into debt, having a company wound up is NOT a victimless crime as some believe.
Maurizio Caruso seemingly left HDS well before the business went into liquidation (he was however involved in both previous BITS businesses).
