First DSA Regional Meeting

Gail Chiasson, North American Editor

The Digital Screenmedia Association is planning a series of regional meetings across the U.S., beginning 30th August 2011 in New York with a ‘Summer Special Evening Event’ in association with Media Cross Media (MXM).

“The idea is to give an opportunity to network with people working in the same area but that you may not even know,” says David Drain, DSA executive director. “The meetings may be as simple as lunch or cocktails, or, like this one, include an educational element.”

The August meeting will include a talk by Sean Anderson, interactive director, Six Flags – who, we can vouch, gave an interesting talk at Customer Engagement Technology World last April in San Francisco.

There will also be a panel discussion jointly led by Stuart Armstrong, managing director of ComQi, and Matthew Snyder, founder of MXM and CEO of ADObjects Inc.. Joining Anderson on the panel are executives from Carat, Times Square Domination, Razorfish, and Gold Mobile.

If you are interested in attending, register here. Fee is USD 25.
