On July 17th we wrote ‘Ströer In Talks To Acquire ECE flatmedia [1]‘ and we heard last week whilst we were in Munich that although negotiations were ‘rocky’ for a while (ECE being good negotiators by all accounts) that the acquisition is still very much on.
We believe that by the end of September the deal will have been completed and announced.
