Bob Michaels, former CEO at Magenta Research, who was only appointed president of Digital View’s global digital signage division back in January [1] of this year has continued to deliver on his promise (being) “responsible for driving Global expansion and managing and developing the company’s North American and international reseller channels.”.
The latest rumour we heard from IBC, Amsterdam (actually it was on the Augsburg Airways flight from Amsterdam to Munich) a few weeks ago was that super nice guy and DiME owner, Florian Goebel (DiME was previously called sdi [2]) has likely formed a 50 / 50 joint venture direct with Digital View to create a ‘DV Signage Europe’.
For those attending Viscom 2011 Dusseldorf expect to see, not a DiME stand but a DV Signage Europe stand.
