Wayfinding Loyalty

Stuart Armstrong, President EnQii Digital View Media North America kindly sent me his latest thought leadership article entitled ‘Wayfinding Loyalty’ to help me with preparation and understanding for my speech at Digital Signage Asia.

Stuart is suggesting that retailers use kiosks combined with loyalty cards to act as ‘wayfinding’ stations throughoutt their stores and says “It’s easy to understand why retailers might object to digital media that serves only to carry television commercials …. cluttering their stores. But it’s hard to see why they wouldn’t want to use the power … to help their shoppers get more out of their shopping experience”
