Zurich Financial Services Help Point

Chris Sheldrake

We couldn’t help but laugh at the ‘Zurich Financial Services HELP POINT’ description!! Is that a help point for employees, shareholders or investors OR THE MARKET IN GENERAL?

Anyway a part of a global advertising campaign to introduce ZurichHelpPoint worldwide, staff on interactive stands are providing passengers at Heathrow and Frankfurt airports with customised advice, services and practical solutions to a range of travel-related queries.

Note in the picture above the specially-designed Z-shaped Zurich stand (shown here at Heathrow) which provides internet access, and phone and laptop charging facilities.

Trained staff, we are also told, are on hand to help passengers requiring travel information, maps, or advice on the best restaurants at their destination.

Alan Sullivan, Sales Director of JCDecaux Airport told us “It’s fantastic to see a client as prestigious as Zurich use airport advertising in such an innovative manner. Airports are an ideal environment for experiential campaigns, delivering an ABC1 audience in a captive environment where people have both the time and the inclination to interact.”

The two-month experiential advertising campaign is a result of work by ZenithOptimedia’s specialist division Newcast, PSI and JCDecaux Airport’s Sphere division.
