4Info [1], a San Mateo-based developer of mobile advertising technology, has raised $14 million which it plans to use for expansion of its newly formed AdHaven division, which offers a mobile audience platform.
The money was raised in a new round from Vulcan Capital [2], Mitsui Global Investment [3] and previous backers Draper Fisher Jurvetson [4], Gannett [5], Mezzanine Capital and U.S. Venture Partners [6].
