US Markets (NYSE / Nasdaq)

Yesterday we reviewed the SEC documents from Planar Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: PLNR) and there was no mention of what they were paid from Bally Technologies (NYSE: BYI) for Coolsign AND there was nothing on the Bally Technologies’ side either 🙁

Either it was a very minimal amount, i.e. not material BUT somehow we doubt that as we feel it was a good piece of business or they are hiding something else.

Looking at the US markets it’s good to see that Wireless Ronin Technologies Inc. (RNIN) has steadied somewhat – it is still less than a dollar – last trade was 0.70 $ but at least it hasn’t fallen further after dipping below that scary sub one dollar price.

Talking of sub one dollar, what would happen if Thomson ADS (NYSE: TMS), currently (just) owners of PRN and a number of other digital signage and out of home related companies were to go there?

THOMSON ADS (NYSE: TMS) closed yesterday at it’s 52 week low $ 1.03
