Objective

The overall responsibility for this role will be leading the development and execution of strategies to optimize revenue across all digital platforms. This person will interface with executive management to communicate and prioritize initiatives, gain consensus, and ensure strategic focus and effective implementation. This position has full responsibility for redefining and execution of global content, adding revenue, developing growth strategies, and marketing for each brand within his/her market.

Responsibilities

Redefining key digital signage solution partners such as Media Players, Network operators, and Content creation, as well as creating partnering proposals, and execution of plans and management of key partner relationships.

Involved in the evolution of B2B team to Enterprise Sales (Solution Selling) by defining an action plan and key skill sets and leading the training and management of sales teams directly.

Owning the strategy creation and execution by being the key leader and day-to-day representative of the channel (One Point of Ownership) and driving the strategy via business reporting.

Work closely with product teams and sales to define key selling propositions by analyzing current account base, defining and following a Direct Coverage Strategy, creating selling presentations, and managing to define and assign target end-users.

Fully accountable for day-to-day management of each brand within market. Leader of both short and long-term strategy and vision including: due diligence, financial analysis, and business case justification.

Leads design, planning, and implementation of innovative, value-added growth strategic plans for vertical markets including Retail, Entertainment, Corporate, Education, Government, and Hospitality, etc.. Develop sales and marketing tools, including direct mail and other marketing elements for co-branding with key strategic partners for combined marketing.

Experience/Skills/Requirements

Ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of progressive digital market experience, preferably prior brand management experience of similar vertical marketplace.

Knowledge of consumer related industries, especially consumer electronics, is preferred but not essential.

The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with the ability to develop and implement best strategies and practices to manage and expand strategic partnerships and maximize company’s revenue and profitability.

Strong P&L management, brand management content, and business development experience.

Strong business acumen, flexibility, and teamwork. Ability to work with and communicate clearly across many different business units and cultural lines. Knowledge of and experience working in Asian cultures is a plus. Strong relationship development, conflict resolution, and team building instincts, with the ability to build partnerships both internally and externally.
