In issue 05 July/ August 2007 Monocle Magazine, page 138 there is a really good article (aren’t there always?) entitled “Street Smart - Berlin”.
It’s all about the street furniture / advertising business Wall AG (JC Decaux have a +30% stake).
There are several references in the article to Wall AG doing electronic posters. The article covers their business and specifically their growth in eastern europe.
