Broadcast International Raises More Capital

Adrian J Cotterill, Editor-in-Chief

Broadcast International have been appearing on these pages rather a lot recently; either redacted or in full.

We noticed yesterday, in between High Court appearances (more of that later), that they (BI) continue to sell tons of stock at USD 0.25 (that’s below the close of USD 0.35) in order to raise capital and help consolidate their doubts debts.

Lawyers please note that if we have got that wrong, readers are encouraged to make their own interpretation of the FORM 8-K filed with the UNITED STATES SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION Washington D.C. 20549 pursuant to Section 13 or 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 which is filed here.
