Exactly a week today we will be in court. It has something to do with SuperLargeUnhappyCorp and we probably shouldn’t say too much about our court appearance especially as the lawyers for SuperLargeUnhappyCorp have been enjoying our twitter and our postings and obviously don’t have the same sense of humour as we do.
Anyway, a firm of California based lawyers recently brought to our attention by email a John Doe lawsuit [1] filed in federal court in the Northern District of California by Mood Media Corporation back on April 12, 2012 which is related.
It alleges breach of confidence, unfair competition and misappropriation of trade secrets in connection with an email purportedly containing confidential and proprietary information.
