DNA Conference, Los Angeles Moved Again

Adrian J Cotterill, Editor-in-Chief

First of all don’t be surprised if this event never happens as it has been moved once before already but news just in that the (supposed) inaugural USA One-Day seminar for the Digital Out-of-Home Interactive Entertainment sector will now take place 2nd and 3rd of October 2012.

The official reason for the move of the first American DNA (Digital Out-of-Home Entertainment Network Association) Conference was that the event would clashed with a number of events that had recently announced new dates and “certain sponsors of the DNA conference requested that it be rescheduled to ensure a wider attendance of their clients and contacts”.

Believe what you will but likely no one knew what this particular acronym was all about and signup and sponsorship was probably poor.

I think if things had been that bad we would have cancelled – no we stand by the statement, the sponsors demanded a move – and after the success of the UK event I think the people that matter know what the acronym stands for – thanks for passing on the news.
