POP Radio Acquire Certain IBN Assets

In-Store Broadcasting Network, Inc. are in the news again, though this time it is not financial altercations in the boardroom.

Gladstone Capital Corporation (NASDAQ: GLAD) announced late last week that it had invested USD 12 million in POP Radio LP and that Gladstone Capital, together with Alta Communications and a number of POP Radio’s limited partners have provided debt financing to POP Radio to support its acquisition of parts of In-Store Broadcasting Network, Inc.

Chip Stelljes, President of Gladstone Capital said “Gladstone Capital is excited about supporting InStore Audio Network and Alta in this investment. The combination of POP Radio and IBN into InStore Audio Network creates the largest national in-store audio network for advertisers to reach customers at the point of purchase”

The combined entity of POP Radio and IBN is to be called the InStore Audio Network
