We noticed a congratulations message of sorts running on The Outdoor Plus The Spire and The City of London Gateway Digital screens ahead of Bradley Wiggins win at this year’s Tour de France.

Grant Branfoot, Sales Director, Outdoor Plus tells us the message will be up for the next few days.
